Items not Required
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 7 days of the day after receipt. If you do this, please contact Online Power Tools info@onlinepowertools.co.uk quoting your original invoice number to be provided with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. Online Power Tools will then e-mail you a RETURNS FORM and you must fill this in and enclose with the returned goods.
You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier.
We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. Please include a copy of the completed RETURNS FORM. This will help speed up the whole process.
We will refund the total cost of the goods. Any carriage paid on Returns is not refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If the item is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 7 days of receipt on or email info@onlinepowertools.co.uk quoting your original invoice number.
Online Power Tools will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, upon receipt of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred. (Terms Apply)
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.

How do I return a faulty Item?
With the exclsuion of wear and tear and damage through mis-use, all of our products come with a manufacturers warranty which covers faulty materials and faulty workmanship. Items which are considered to be consumables such as sanding discs and drill bits are excluded from such guarantees.
Should you wish to make a claim please email sales@onlinepowertools.co.uk. Please have your Order Reference number handy when emailing as this will enable us to identify the order quickly. You will need to return the goods to us in their original packaging, packed suitably for the courier you have chosen to use.
Once we have received the returned item we shall carry out a full inspection and then repair or replace as required.

Please note it is the customer's responsiblity to return the goods to us. All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
