UK Mainland orders below £100.00 (inc VAT) are subject to a £6.95 handling and packaging fee.

As soon as your order is dispatched we will notify you by e-mail. If it is not possible to deliver your order within the allotted time period or if for any reason it is not possible to fulfil your order we will inform you by email or telephone.

Should your order consist of multiple items, some of which are not listed as in stock, we will dispatch the complete order once everything has arrived in stock. This will generally be no longer than 1 week. Should lead times be more than 1 week we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.


All deliveries will be made by road transport carrier and will require a signature on delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing the drivers actions e.g. taken to a convenient local collection point ***, left with neighbour, details of how to arrange a redelivery or to collect from the local parcel company depot.

It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
