What if my order is damaged?

Upon receipt of your order we ask you to check the goods immediately to ensure the order is correct and not damaged, as claims for damages or short deliveries cannot be considered unless notified to us in writing within 3 days of the delivery. If the item is damaged and reported within 3 days we will arrange to uplift the product and repair as new, or in some cases replace it with a new product depending on the manufacturers terms & conditions.
